Craniosacral Therapy offers a gentle therapeutic pathway to health, calling upon the body's own healing forces. It is particularly appropriate for exhausted and pregnant mums and for mothers and babies after difficult births. Babies having difficulty feeding, sleeping or with colic, sickness and wind respond well. So do children struggling with insomnia, temper or concentration problems, anxiety, recurrent illness, or who just seem unhappy and under the weather. Older children too can still be suffering from problems caused during birth, which Craniosacral Therapy can relieve.
