Advertise | | | Find a Friend |  The chances are, if you are going to a toddler group for the first time, you feel nervous. This is entirely normal and incredibly common. Try to go anyway, most of us have experienced that horrible "new girl at school" feeling, but the rewards are well worth it! If you don't want to go alone- try posting a message on find a friend to find another mum to go with. |

Some of my mums have done very little exercise at all before and others have been active athletes, so we manage to cater for all abilities in the same class and the feedback has been fantastic. Whether you're trying to lose a few pounds, getting back into shape for sport or just want to get out in the fresh air with other new mums, this is a fun, effective way to do it.
